Return Policy

RETURN TIMEFRAME
  • Customers have a 7-day window, starting from the delivery date, to submit a return request to our customer service team.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

  • To facilitate a smooth return process, the items must be unused, unaltered, and returned with the packaging intact. The returned product should be sent back in its original condition, with both the product and packaging undamaged.

 

REFUND

  • Please be aware that the original shipping costs will not be refunded for any returned items. To initiate a return, kindly email us at support@zeenme.com, specifying your order number and the items you intend to return. It's important to note that return requests must be made within the 7-day timeframe.
  • Upon receiving the returned package, we will meticulously inspect all items. Glamermaid reserves the right not to issue refunds for items that arrive damaged and are deemed unsellable. If your return is approved, the refund process will begin, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

 

COD ORDERS

  • COD orders are not eligible for returns and refund.

 

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

  • Customized products, including customized packages, are not eligible for returns.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COST

  • Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
